Miss Opium & Mistress Patricia - Trampling

Miss Opium, my sadistic and perverted friend and I love to treat Slaves like dirt and to play with them. Today the Slave gets to feel our high heels on his body. We trample a little bit on him, press the heels into his nipples and also anywhere else. Does he bear it? If we stand with the complete weight on him?
